Payment Policy

Currency and payment methods

The store currency is CAD. Payment methods available for an order are shown securely at checkout and may vary by device, location, order value and payment provider.

Authorization

Payment details are transmitted to the selected payment provider through checkout. We do not ask you to send complete card numbers by email or telephone. An order may remain pending until authorization is complete.

Security

If authorization fails, the order may not be accepted. We may contact you if additional verification is required. Never share a complete payment card number through an unsolicited message.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process approved refunds within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to display the credit.
